La Colección de poesía La Joplin es un proyecto nacido del amor a la edición y a la poesía, sin fines de lucro. Respaldada en su momento por la Comisión Nacional de Cultura de México, esta colección se caracteriza por la calidad y belleza de sus ediciones, financiadas para hacer posible la cercanía con poetas y la creación de libros dignos y hermosos. Entre sus páginas, se encuentran nombres como Aurelio Asiain, Pedro Poitevin, Tiffany Atkinson y Tom Pow. Pero es Edward Hirsch, uno de los más destacados poetas estadounidenses, quien inauguró la serie. 

La colección ha tenido momentos memorables, como la participación en el High Festival en Cartagena de Indias, donde juntó con Hirsch se debatió sobre la importancia de la lectura poética; y las actividades del Año Dual de México y Reino Unido, donde se realizaron diferentes actividades y recitales de poesía.

The Joplin Poetry Collection is a non-profit project born from the love of publishing and poetry. Supported at the time by the National Commission of Culture of Mexico, this collection is characterized by the quality and beauty of its editions, financed to make possible the closeness with poets and the creation of worthy and beautiful books. Among its pages are names such as Aurelio Asiain, Pedro Poitevin, Tiffany Atkinson and Tom Pow. But it is Edward Hirsch, one of America's foremost poets, who inaugurated the series. 

The collection has had memorable moments, such as the participation in the High Festival in Cartagena de Indias, where together with Hirsch the importance of poetry reading was discussed; and the activities of the Dual Year of Mexico and the United Kingdom, where different activities and poetry recitals were held.
